Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from the job advertisement to the selection of applicants to the hiring
• Responsibility for all operational HR processes – from entry to exit
• Ensuring correct payroll processing including social security and withholding tax
• Advising and supporting the management, leaders, and employees on personnel-relevant and labor law issues
• Management of the staffing plans and participation in the personnel budget and HR controlling
• Coordination with insurance companies, authorities, and external partners
• Further development and simplification of our HR processes as well as accompanying changes within the framework of strategic development

Your profile

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in operational HR, especially in payroll administration and Swiss labor law
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of a versatile function in which you both work operationally and take on responsibility
• Discretion, social competence, and clear, appreciative communication
• Good IT user knowledge - experience with NEXUS is an advantage
