Clerk / Clerk Accounting with focus on Accounts Receivable

For an established Swiss healthcare organization in Basel-Land, we are currently looking for a person as a Clerk / Clerk in Accounting with a focus on Accounts Receivable 100% as support. The start of employment is possible immediately or by arrangement. The position is initially limited to five months and is being filled as part of a maternity cover. The company is located in Rheinfelden, is easily accessible by public transport, and has parking spaces for employees on site.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You will manage the accounts receivable accounting correctly and independently
• You are responsible for the postings of the banks as well as the proper processing of all cash transactions
• Within the team, you will take over substitution tasks for accounts payable and general ledger accounting
• Together with internal interfaces, you will participate in the optimization of processes and the further development of the system landscape

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed a commercial basic vocational training
• You have already been able to gather at least 2 years of professional experience in the accounts receivable area, ideally in healthcare
• You bring a strong flair for numbers, are resilient, and demonstrate a high degree of reliability
• You enjoy working in a team and like to contribute through your precise way of working and flexibility
• You speak German fluently and have strong communication skills
