Contacting new and existing customers
Recording and maintaining customer data
Professional and friendly customer support
Achieving the agreed quality and performance goals

Your profile
Mandatory: Fluent Swiss German skills
Enjoyment of making phone calls and interacting with people
Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
Reliable, independent, and motivated way of working
Good PC user skills
Experience in a call center or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
