To expand our team in Zürich, we are looking for an

Employee Technical and Quality Assurance for Textiles 40-50% (w/m/d)

With responsibility for the development, optimization, and quality assurance of work and protective clothing, taking into account standards, functionality, economic efficiency, and customer requirements.

What to expect

• Development (patterns, size charts) of new workwear.
• Selection of suitable materials and components (fabrics, coatings, accessories)
• Creation of technical specifications (Illustrator), Tech Packs, and bills of materials
• Close cooperation with design, purchasing, and suppliers
• Quality control: Inspection of samples, pre-series, and series productions as well as complaint management and root cause analysis
• Support of the size measurement team

What you bring, should

• Completed studies or training in: Textile technology / clothing technology or product development with practical experience
• Proficient in a drawing program, ideally Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in Word and Excel
• Independent, team player, flexible, resilient, and reliable
• Good manners as well as pleasure in contact with producers and customers
• Foreign languages: German and English mandatory, other languages an advantage
• Occasional willingness to travel
• Driver's license category B (travel to and from customers with the size measurement team)
