zeka has been committed to children, adolescents and adults with individual educational and care needs in the Canton of Aargau since 1966. We operate two special schools, a weekly boarding school, seven outpatient therapy and counseling centers as well as residential, work, employment and training places.

For the location in Aarau, we are looking for, due to an upcoming retirement as of 1 June 2027, a

Team Lead Disability-Specific Counseling and Support and Psychomotricity (60-70%)

Your tasks

• Leading a 30-person very independently working team, consisting of special education teachers, job coaches and psychomotricity therapists
• Supervision of the various locations
• Consideration of (special) pedagogical, agogic, therapeutic and business management principles
• Ensuring the services according to the specifications of zeka, the Canton and the social insurance providers
• Further development of the two specialist teams
• Cooperation in the management team and co-development of the Therapy & Counseling area

Your profile

• Training in the (special) pedagogical and/or psychological field with corresponding practical experience
• at least 5 years of leadership experience
• several years of experience in a similar environment
• experience in systemic-solution-oriented counseling
• networked thinking and strong organizational and communicative skills
• flexibility and resilience
• driver's license mandatory, own car an advantage
