Would you like to help ensure that consumers worldwide have a positive experience with Ricola? In this diverse role, you will be the central point of contact for a wide range of consumer inquiries from around the world. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure the professional handling of inquiries and complaints, making a significant contribution to the quality of our products and the continuous improvement of our processes. Your mission:

• Independently and professionally manage international consumer inquiries regarding our products using defined quality standards, response templates, and text modules
• Coordinate consumer complaints in close collaboration with quality management and other internal departments until a successful resolution is reached
• Support our international sales companies with issues related to Consumer Service
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and CRM reporting within the Global Consumer Service
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Support and mentor our third-year commercial apprentices with the practical trainer in product management

To what extent do you master these areas?

• Professional experience in Consumer Service, ideally in an FMCG/marketing environment
• Completed vocational training with an advanced professional qualification or a university degree
• Structured, proactive, and independent working method
• Experience in cross-functional project management
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in German and English; French is an asset
