• Perform outbound calls to existing clients or clients for whom the institution is a secondary bank.
• Present banking services in a professional and convincing manner.
• Identify client needs and interests.
• Create a quality first contact and develop the interest of interlocutors.
• Schedule qualified appointments for banking advisors.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of exchanges and actions taken.

Profile sought

• Confirmed professional experience in the Swiss banking sector.
• Excellent knowledge of the banking market and Swiss pension systems.
• French and German or French and English.
• Experience in a call center
• Very good sense of contact and customer relations.
• Ability to present services in a clear, professional, and convincing way.
