The employer is looking for a:

Cook (reported profession)

Tasks:

• management of kitchen supply storage, including checking pantry food and verifying any expiring products
• compilation of ingredient lists for each menu and in the finishing of dishes
• managing relationships between kitchen and service staff for the correct execution of orders
• cooking a wide range of dishes, both hot and cold, as well as grilled and barbecued
• preparing appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts
• elaborating typical dishes of the region

Requirements

• federal certificate of capacity as a cook
• proven experience in the indicated position or in similar positions of at least 3 years
• preferably the ability to GRILL MEAT AND BARBECUE, house specialties
• ability to work in a team and independently
• ability to manage stress and flexibility in working hours and days
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• owning a car

Employment details:

• employment at 60%
• employment from immediately, permanent
• working days: from Wednesday to Sunday
• working hours: to be agreed based on shifts
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering industry
