Specialist in Childcare, Schule Triemli, 40 %

To strengthen our childcare team, we are looking for a Specialist in Childcare starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Your working days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Through the compensation of overtime hours, eight weeks of vacation per year are possible.

Tasks ##

• Provision of leisure activities and offers during non-teaching time, which are tailored to the individual possibilities of the children
• Supervision of the children during lunchtime and in the various leisure activities
• Promotion of the strengths and the independence of the children
• Parent contacts and parent meetings
• Interdisciplinary cooperation in the childcare and school team
• Organizational and administrative tasks as well as participation in school development

Profile ##

• You have several years of experience in pedagogical work with children in the lower primary level and in parental work
• Solution-oriented attitude and humor in daily work
• Initiative and resilience in a dynamic field of work
• High teamwork skills as well as flexibility in thinking and acting
• Ability for constructive, interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialists in our school team
