Vocational Training Specialist 60%

The Stiftung Wisli, based in Bülach, has been committed to the social and professional integration of people with mental impairments for over 40 years. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of living, work, and work integration. The offering consists of various supervised and accompanied forms of living, psychiatric Spitex, adapted work and employment positions, as well as the competence center for work integration, We-Care. For our training offers in a wide variety of areas, including training within the framework of an IV-supported vocational measure, we are looking for a Vocational Training Specialist 60% (all) as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support and guidance of our apprentices, vocational trainers, and practical trainers in professional topics
• Coordination of training between apprentices, vocational trainers, and specialist departments
• Recruitment and induction of new apprentices
• Planning and implementation of training events (Welcome Day, graduation ceremony)
• Training administration and maintenance of documentation
• Participation in the further development of vocational training

Your profile

• Completed vocational training with EFZ as well as experience in vocational training or in the guidance of apprentices
• Further education as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it
• Joy in promoting and supporting adolescents and young adults (experience in dealing with people with mental impairments is an advantage)
• Strong social, communication, and advisory competence as well as a confident manner
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with good administrative and digital knowledge
• Good knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system as well as joy in cooperating with vocational schools, specialist departments, and other stakeholders
