• Recording and managing cases
• Receipt and processing of daily mail
• Mail dispatch (orders, judgments, files etc.)
• Deadline control
• Providing the (electronic) dossiers
• Archiving

• completed commercial or equivalent training
• quick comprehension, confidentiality and careful, exact working style
• good IT skills and interest in digital transformation and new ways of working
• good German skills in speaking and writing

Kantonsgericht, Abteilung Sozialversicherungsrecht

Das Kantonsgericht is the highest judicial instance of the canton in all areas of law. The Abteilung Sozialversicherungsrecht of the Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft is the only judicial instance in social insurance law and as such is responsible for the assessment of complaints and lawsuits in the areas of social insurance (AHV, IV, BVG, UVG, KVG, EL, EO, ALV, Familienzulagen and Prämienverbilligung) as well as the supplementary insurances according to VVG.
