Your tasks

• You support the processing of insurance applications, customer data and carry out any mutations
• You receive our customers in a friendly manner in our general agency in Luzern and ensure a positive experience
• You support the team as an assistant in the telephone service

Your profile

• You have a completed KV apprenticeship (or similar) and are proficient in using MS Office
• You bring flexibility and are open to new things
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
• You are a team player and have a natural flair for dealing with customers
• The VBV training is an advantage
