What awaits you

• You are responsible for the rapid and correct processing of simple claim files in French, including the examination of benefit entitlements related to loss of earnings, in collaboration with our medical service
• You calculate the insured benefits, constitute the necessary reserves, perform the required checks, and proceed with the payment of benefits
• You support the team in various administrative tasks
• You are in contact with our clients, both by telephone and in writing, in French

Your skills

• CFC as a commercial employee, ideally obtained within an insurance company
• Initial professional experience in claims management, ideally in the field of personal insurance and/or individual pension schemes
• Strong team spirit and an autonomous way of working
• Precise, rigorous, and efficient work.
• French as a native language is essential and German at a minimum B2 level; any other language is an advantage.
