For our customers – established companies in window construction in the regions of Ebikon and Sursee – we are continuously looking for motivated Joiner EFZ, Joiner Practitioner EBA, as well as production employees with experience in wood processing.

Apprentices/recent graduates are also very welcome. With our customers, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience after your training and to expand your knowledge in modern window production.

Job Description

Depending on the operating company, you will take on the following tasks:

• Manufacture of high-quality wood and wood-metal windows
• Processing and assembly of window frames and window sashes
• Operation of conventional woodworking machines
• Collaboration on modern production and CNC systems
• Assembly of fittings and other window components
• Glazing and sealing work
• Sanding, surface, and finishing work
• Working according to plans and production documents
• Carrying out quality controls
• Preparation of windows for delivery and window installation
• General work in window production
• Assignment at one of our customers in the Ebikon or Sursee region

Requirement Profile

• Training as Joiner EFZ or Joiner Practitioner EBA
• Alternatively, professional experience as a window builder, production employee in window construction, or in wood processing
• Recent graduates with motivation and enjoyment of the profession are explicitly welcome
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience with woodworking machines is an advantage
• CNC knowledge is welcome, but not mandatory for every assignment
• Good spatial awareness
• Careful and precise way of working
• Reliability, teamwork, and punctuality
• Good German skills
• Driving license category B and own car are an advantage depending on the workplace
