Job Description:

• Holistic personnel administration from A to Z (contracts, social insurances, on-/off-boarding, regulations, permits, assignments, certificates)
• Organization and administration of personnel events
• Preparation of payroll data and support in the monthly payroll run
• Maintenance of the time tracking system including evaluations and support of updates
• Active support in recruiting
• Collaboration in HR projects as well as general administrative HR tasks in daily business

Your Profile:

• Commercial basic training with further training as an HR Fachfrau/-mann with eidg. FA
• Several years of experience in operative personnel administration as well as good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law; recruitment experience is desirable and an advantage
• Proficient handling of time tracking systems and MS Office
• Structured, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• German native language (stylistically proficient) and enjoyment of a versatile HR activity in a small, well-coordinated team
