Legal Counsel at 80% (M/F)

Mission: You are responsible for processing protection cases (investigating files, conducting hearings, preparing and drafting draft decisions, etc.), performing legal research, informing various stakeholders, advising the authority on legal matters, preparing responses in case of appeals, establishing maintenance agreements, contributing to legal monitoring, and participating in the telephone emergency service.

Profile: You hold a university degree at master's level in law. The bar exam is an advantage. You have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of child and adult protection. You demonstrate high stress resistance. You have an excellent sense of organization and priorities as well as negotiation skills. You are comfortable in contact with different audiences. You have an interest in the other professions of the authority (social work, psychology, pedagogy, medicine, and the financial field). You are available to handle on-call duties. You have an excellent command of the French language and proven writing skills. Good knowledge of German is desired.
