To strengthen our team in the logistics area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Logistics Employee Part-time 80% (m/f/d) as of 26.10.2026, temporary until 30.11.2026, at the Möhlin location.

Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the planning, development and coordination of your departments.
• You are responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of your employees.
• You motivate and coach the employees, furthermore you specifically identify and promote young talents.
• You bear the budget responsibility of your departments and define the optimal cost structure based on the KPI's and lean management.
• You measure, process and improve KPI's and initiate necessary measures for further development and optimization if required.
• You participate actively in projects.
• You are responsible for the identification and implementation of process optimizations within the distribution center.
• You communicate transparently and regularly with the internal and external process participants.
• You ensure the internal Best Practice transfer.

Your profile

• You have completed basic training in the commercial or logistics field and have ideally completed further training at a higher level in logistics.
• You bring sound leadership experience as well as knowledge in lean management.
• You have extensive organizational and planning experience and have a strong desire for change.
• You count communication and initiative among your strengths and strive for new challenges.
• You convince with a cost-conscious, committed and resilient working style.
• You have very good IT knowledge including all common Office applications.
• You speak fluent German and have knowledge of a second national language to an advantage.
