Since 2009, the crèche des chercheuses et chercheurs actifs (TaFF) has managed four sites in the canton of Lucerne. We offer the children under our care optimal possibilities for learning and development every day. With us, children can explore and discover as they please!

To strengthen our teams, we are looking to agree upon a committed, warm, and flexible person as an assistant educator (FaBe Enfant CFC) at a fixed rate of 60-80 %. You will work across three sites and support the teams where your help is needed.

• Completed training as a socio-educational assistant CFC, child specialization
• Joy in accompanying and supporting children with benevolence

• Creativity and motivation to integrate your personal strengths - for example in the areas of music, movement, creativity, nature or cooking - into the daily life of the crèche

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the supervision, care, and age-appropriate development of children from 3 months to approximately 5 years
• Support in the organization of a varied day adapted to the children
• Participation in the planning and implementation of pedagogical offers as well as weekly planning
• Active collaboration in the layout of spaces and the implementation of our pedagogical concept
• Close collaboration with the team as well as respectful exchange with parents
