Internal Sales Advisor – Electricity (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, a company specializing in the distribution of electrical equipment based in the Lausanne region, we are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor.

This position is exclusively intended for professionals holding a CFC in the field of electricity, wishing to leverage their technical knowledge and evolve towards a commercial function.

Internal Sales Advisor – Electricity (M/F) – 100 %

Your main responsibilities:

• Customer advice: support professional customers in the choice of electrical equipment and propose solutions adapted to their needs
• Internal sales: ensure advice and sales by telephone as well as reception and customer service at the shop
• Order management: register, process and follow up on customer orders, while ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Commercial follow-up: respond to inquiries and ensure the follow-up of customer requests
• Internal coordination: collaborate with the various departments and suppliers in order to guarantee a quality service

Your profile:

• CFC as an electrician-installer or electrician-fitter indispensable
• Professional experience in the field of electrical installation
• Strong interest in technical advice, customer relations and sales
• Good knowledge of electrical equipment and its applications
• Ease with IT tools and good learning capacity
• Dynamic, organized and autonomous personality, enjoying contact with customers
• Good team spirit and sense of customer service

No previous experience in sales is required. Internal training will be provided to accompany you in this professional transition.
