For our customer in the Langenthal region, we are looking for an Employee Hardening Plant immediately

Tasks

• Setting up and operating the chamber hardening and tempering furnaces
• Manual straightening of the hardened workpieces
• Carrying out hardness tests
• Ensuring the required quality and quantity of the delivered parts
• Processing the planned production orders according to specifications
• Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the production processes

Requirements

• Training as a hardening specialist or mechanic
• Experience in the hardening plant is an advantage
• High quality awareness
• German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, exact, structured, and clean way of working
• Willingness for 3-shift and Saturday work (after appropriate induction)
