OMNIA Physio Olten has been at home in the practice premises of Physio Neuhard at Neuhardstrasse 38 since September 2024. You will work independently, closely with the local practice team and with the professional support of OMNIA Physio & Flying Physios with 15 locations in German-speaking Switzerland. In addition to the practice, we also treat at home from Olten: as a Flying Physio, you drive to the patients who cannot come to the practice.

Now we are investing in the future: in mid-2027, the premises will be renovated. Our physiotherapy will move to the 3rd floor and will receive four spacious treatment rooms as well as a bright area for medical training therapy (MTT). From the beginning, you will help shape how the location develops. We want to preserve what defines us today: short distances and genuine togetherness.

What we offer you

• Time for every treatment. At least 30 minutes per treatment, in the practice or during a home visit. As a Flying Physio, you work in clearly structured hourly blocks with sufficient time for treatment, administration, and travel.
• Responsibility and relationship. Your patients stay with you. You bear the responsibility and can truly live your treatment methods.
• Support in everyday life. Own laptop, administrative support from our secretariat, and a team that has your back. Mistakes are allowed to happen; we find solutions together. Trust is more important to us than control.
• You will become part of the Flying Physios. A packed car and mobile phone await you. You can also use our Flying-Flitzer privately.
• Standard for everyone: 5 weeks of vacation, fair remuneration, flexible working hours, at a 100 % workload up to 5 continuing education days per year and CHF 1'000 continuing education contribution. The coordination deduction in the pension fund depends on your workload, not on the statutory fixed amount. In part-time, significantly more salary remains insured. Plus accident insurance class 1, BKB-Bank package and other benefits.
• Your working model, your choice. Additionally, you choose the option that fits your life situation:
• FAMILY: up to 9 additional unpaid vacation weeks, totaling up to 14 weeks per year
• BOOST: You waive your continuing education quota and instead pay the funds into your occupational pension scheme
• You help shape your salary development. Once a year, you reflect on your performance, and we discuss your next steps together.
• We move you forward. In the OMNIA network, we exchange ideas regularly and invite international mentors and coaches for training. A change of location within Switzerland or later a management function? We are happy to support you with that.
