Production & Delivery Employee (part-time, start approx. 04:00 Uhr)

For our bakery in Adliswil, we are looking for a motivated and cheerful person to actively support us in the early morning. With us, you are not just assigned to one station, but go through three varied work steps in one morning: production, delivery, and tidying up/cleaning work. If you like to roll up your sleeves, are reliable, and enjoy setting things in motion every day, we look forward to your application.
Your Tasks
Your working day begins at approx. 04:00 Uhr. While others are still sleeping, fine, fresh products are already being created with us. Together with the team, you prepare various sandwiches and salads – from the careful processing of ingredients to the appealing presentation. In doing so, you always pay attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and careful and precise handling of our food according to recipes, because quality begins with preparation.
Once production is completed, you help to professionally pack the finished products for transport so that they reach our shops and customers fresh and in perfect condition. Afterwards, you get behind the wheel yourself: With our delivery vehicle (driving license category B), you deliver sandwiches, salads, breads, and other products to our own branches as well as to some external customers. You are thus an important link between our production and our points of sale and contribute to a smooth process with a friendly, reliable appearance.
At the end of your shift, you help with the tidying up and cleaning work – this includes, for example, cleaning bakery crates and work equipment so that everything is ready again the next morning.
Your Profile
A specific training is not a requirement for this position – more important to us is your will to do a good job. You like to roll up your sleeves, are punctual and reliable, and are not easily unsettled even in the early morning. Since you will be deployed in different areas throughout the day, you bring a certain flexibility and enjoy learning different tasks.
Since you both communicate within the team and independently encounter our branches and customers during delivery, you should speak and understand German well. A driving license of category B is necessary, as you will drive our delivery vehicle independently. Experience in a food business – whether in a bakery, gastronomy, or retail – is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. More important to us is a careful, hygiene-conscious handling of food as well as a friendly, well-groomed appearance.
Working Hours and Workload
You work 4 to 5 days per week, around 5 hours each in the morning, with a start of work at approx. 04:00 Uhr. This way, your shift ends before 09:00 Uhr.
Since our business also relies on fresh goods on the weekend, availability on certain weekends is required. We will gladly discuss the exact distribution of working days together with you.
