About the role ##

As an architect, you will intervene in all upstream phases of projects, from the preliminary design to the building permit. In order to strengthen their teams, our client offers a collaborative and efficient working environment, conducive to professional fulfillment and the development of your skills.

This opportunity is a Try & Hire model, which allows you to start with a 6-month mission that can lead to a permanent contract if you prove yourself!

Tasks ##

• Draw and model projects on the ArchiCAD software
• Prepare tenders and manage calls for bids
• Define and refine budgets during the preliminary design and design study phases (SIA phases 31 to 33)
• Manage several projects simultaneously at different stages of their development
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the success of the projects

We are looking for ##

• Architect's degree from a Swiss training institution (HEPIA, HES, EPFL)
• Excellent mastery of the ArchiCAD software
• Solid knowledge of tender procedures
• Perfect mastery of the French language
• Rigor, autonomy, and a strong team spirit
