Your tasks

• Preparation of consultation hours
• Reception and care of our patients in the new Ambulatorium Neurozentrum
• Ordering of images and findings
• Performing blood draws and wound checks
• Processing of the general mailbox and referrals
• Mail processing and telephone service
• Support of the secretariat with administrative tasks (planning recall etc.)

Your profile

• Experience in administrative activities, ideally in a hospital environment
• Completed vocational training as a Med. Praxisassistent/in or Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, KISIM and Ibi-Care an advantage)
• Stylistically proficient German in speech and writing, good foreign language skills an advantage
• Team player, reliable and trustworthy
• Independent, expeditious and exact way of working
• Able to work under pressure even in hectic situations, with a clear view of priorities
