• Control and recording of non-IT procurements (contracts)
• Deputy for the control and recording of IT procurements (contracts)
• Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting as well as the recording and processing of payment runs
• Support in the service billing (LV) process
• Control and posting of expense and travel cost statements/requests

What makes you unique

• Completed commercial or equivalent training, possibly further training in accounting
• Knowledge of the financial processes in the federal administration
• Working with SAP FI/SD/MM as well as the procurement and contract management solution and the travel management
• Are goal- and customer-oriented, team players, work precisely and bring initiative as well as a high level of personal responsibility
• Have very good knowledge in two official languages

As our new member in the finance team of the Bundesamt für Statistik, help shape precise contract and accounting processes with high personal responsibility. In this versatile role, you combine analytical strength in the SAP environment with the joy of direct consulting and thus actively contribute to the transparency of the federal administration.
