Job description
Childcare specialist EFZ for our after-school group (40-50%, three days per week) Kinderhaus Villa Kunterbunt, Frick Start of position: immediately or by arrangement Jointly shaping the everyday life of children For our kindergarten and student group we are looking for a committed, responsible and warm-hearted specialist (EFZ mandatory!). On the group Kokosnüsse we accompany and care for children aged 4 to 12 years. As a co-educator you take on an important role in our team: With professionalism, reliability and appreciative interaction you actively help shape the dynamic and interest-oriented daily group life and lead the group independently in the absence of the group leader. You see challenges as an opportunity for growth and further development, take responsibility and have a flair for project work. Then we look forward to getting to know you! Your tasks

Co-shaping and accompanying a varied, colorful group life
Taking on responsibility in everyday group life and instructing employees in the group
Creating an atmosphere characterized by trust, appreciation and joy
Deputizing for the group leader in their absence and ensuring professional group operations
Observing, accompanying and supporting the children according to their individual needs and interests
Co-shaping the learning and play environment as well as the group rooms
Close cooperation with parents, team members and other reference persons
Participation in our versatile and creative parent events
What you bring with you

Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ (mandatory!)
Experience and joy in working with kindergarten & school children
High social competence as well as appreciative and respectful interaction
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
Interest in professional and high-quality pedagogical work
Imagination and enthusiasm to experience and explore nature with the children
Team spirit, openness and humor
