Stiftung Adulta offers diverse and needs-adapted living, daily activities, and work opportunities for 150 adults with disabilities at four different locations in Baselland. In order to fulfill our tasks, around 220 people work in our social organization.

Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) 60-80% ##

Work location: Location Aesch, Werkstube - Area «Wohnen»

Start date: 1. October 2026 or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility ###

• Holistic guidance and support of up to 10 people with disabilities in the areas of living, leisure, and daily activities
• Promotion of self-determination and living competence of our clients
• Collaboration in agogic process design
• Active and constructive cooperation in the team, with relatives, legal representatives, and external agencies
• Administrative, organizational, and housekeeping activities
• Participation in developments within our institution

Your profile ###

• Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or comparable training
• Reliable, responsible, and flexible way of working
• High social competence, good communication skills, as well as readiness for irregular working hours, weekend shifts, and on public holidays
• Good PC user skills (MS Office)
• Car driver's license is an advantage
