Your field of activity ###

• You competently support the anesthesia nursing management in administrative and organizational matters, coordinate meetings and take on a central hub function within the anesthesia nursing area
• You accompany personnel processes from entry to exit, take over the administration of NDS students and reliably coordinate the administrative concerns of the employees
• You are responsible for the monthly PEP closing, coordinate the weekly schedule of the anesthesia nursing and provide competent support with questions regarding working hours, time management and short-term personnel assignments
• You manage the nursing-specific SharePoint and intranet pages, support in authorization and role management (IAM), organize continuing education and team events and ensure reliable substitution within the secretariat together with the team

Your experience ###

• You have completed a basic commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in healthcare, in personnel administration or in a similar coordination function
• You have good IT user skills, are proficient in handling digital applications and systems and appreciate cooperation with different stakeholders
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and maintain an overview of different tasks and priorities even in a dynamic working environment
• You convince with communication skills, discretion and a sense of responsibility and maintain an overview even in demanding situations, act in a solution-oriented manner and appear professionally
