Meal Delivery Driver (delivery person) 20 to 100% (M/F)

B4G Eat is a hyperlocal meal delivery service in Jura and Jura bernois. We deliver for local restaurant customers, at lunchtime and in the evening.

We hire SALARIED delivery drivers FROM DAY ONE: no freelancer status, no subcontracting. Swiss employment contract, social security contributions and accident insurance (LAA) covered by us, as for any employee.

YOUR TASKS

• Pick up orders from partner restaurants.
• Deliver to customers within the announced timeframes, with a smile.
• Respect the hot and cold chain (insulated bag provided).
• Use our delivery application on your smartphone (training provided).

SCHEDULES

• Lunch service: 11:30 - 13:30.
• Evening service: 18:00 - 21:00, sometimes until 22:00.
• Approximately 5 to 6 hours per day depending on the shifts chosen, every day the service is open.
• You choose your availability: the occupancy rate is built with you, from 20% to 100%, according to your needs and motivation.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• You know the region.
• You have a means of transport: scooter, bicycle, electric bike or car (driver's license depending on the vehicle).
• You speak French.
• You are punctual, autonomous and careful in customer contact.
• You have a smartphone.
• No previous experience required: we provide training.

WHAT WE OFFER

• A Swiss employment contract, salaried from the first delivery.
• Remuneration per delivery, with guarantee of the current cantonal minimum wage.
• 100% of tips passed on to the driver.
• A portion of the delivery fee that increases with experience and service quality.
• Provided equipment: insulated bag, phone holder, vest, textiles in B4G Eat colors.
• Schedules built with you, compatible with studies or another activity.
• A local, human-sized, reachable team.

START DATE: 1st September 2026, indefinite duration.
