Sparring partner and advisory support for line managers in all HR matters
Independent recruitment of specialists and managers
Creation of job references and job descriptions as well as participation in the entire personnel administration
Responsible guidance of our KV apprentice throughout the entire apprenticeship period
Management of and participation in diverse HR projects
Continuous development and optimization of our HR processes

YOUR PROFILE
Completed commercial basic training
Further education as an HR specialist with federal diploma
Vocational trainer certificate as well as experience in the supervision of KV apprentices
Several years of professional experience in human resources and strong recruitment talent
Communicative, enthusiastic, and hands-on-oriented personality
Service-oriented, efficient, and structured way of working
