Employee Electronics Manufacturing / THT (f/m/d)

Our client is a world-leading, high-tech Swiss traditional company headquartered in the St. Gallen / Appenzell region. To strengthen the manufacturing team, we are looking for an accurately working personality as an Employee Electronics Manufacturing / THT (f/m/d) for a temporary assignment until approx. summer 2027, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks
THT Assembly: Assembling printed circuit boards with through-hole electronic components (THT) according to specifications and assembly plans

Fine Soldering: Precise manual and hand soldering of fine electronic components while adhering to high quality standards

Visual Inspection: Visual inspection of solder joints and component placements to ensure flawless quality

Process Support: Performing minor rework and adhering to the specified manufacturing standards

What you bring with you
Practical experience: Experience in electronics manufacturing / THT assembly, preferably from an EMS environment (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or module assembly

Soldering skills: Verifiable fine motor skills and experience in hand soldering electronic components (soldering training / certificate an advantage)

Way of working: High concentration ability, reliability, precision as well as good vision and a steady hand

Languages: Good German skills in spoken and written form for smooth communication within the team
