Collaborator – Coordination and tourism projects (50-60 %)

L’Association Touristique des 3C (AT3C) coordinates the development of tourism projects for the municipalities of Val-de-Charmey, Crésuz and Châtel-sur-Montsalvens. The Jogne valley has experienced development in its four-season tourism in recent years, led by dynamic tourism actors.

Equipped with a committee composed of representatives from the municipalities, as well as tourism and economic actors from the region, our association's mission is to contribute to the quality of welcome and animation in the Jogne valley.

In order to support the committee in the operational management of the AT3C, we are looking for a

Collaborator – Coordination and tourism projects (50-60 %)

Your mission

Ensure the operational management of the AT3C and coordinate the implementation of decisions taken by its committee.

Lead the development and monitoring of tourism projects as well as communication, and actively contribute to the animation, attractiveness and tourism development of the three municipalities and the valley.

Your main responsibilities

Coordination and management of the association

• Manage the day-to-day affairs of the association: coordinate the organization of committee meetings and the general assembly, as well as the follow-up of decisions.
• Prepare the materials for the AG and the committee (presentations, meeting files).
• Monitor and develop the funding of the association (voluntary contributions from partners and businesses).
• Monitor the project budget.

Events

• Organize and develop events supported by the association, from the design and coordination of service providers to logistics, communication and the assessment.
• Design and propose new event formats in order to strengthen the attractiveness of the destination across different seasons.

Local animation

• Promote animation and village life, in connection with businesses, local societies, service providers and municipalities.
• Manage the support system for local animations (analysis of requests, monitoring of aid granted).

Communication and marketing of the association

• Define and implement the association's communication across all its channels (digital campaigns, print, local press).
• Promote the association's events and projects and measure their impact.
• Coordinate communication service providers and ensure image consistency.

Your profile

Education and experience

• Training in the field of tourism, communication, marketing or management, or equivalent deemed experience, with practical experience being decisive.
• Proven experience in project management and event organization.
• Experience in communication and digital marketing.

Skills

• Project management and event organization from A to Z, sense of organization and priorities.
• Writing skills and mastery of communication tools (social networks, digital and print media).
• Good mastery of office and collaborative tools.
• Notions of budget management and invoicing.
• Excellent mastery of written and spoken French; German is an asset.

Personal qualities

• Great versatility and ability to lead projects autonomously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of contact with local actors.
• Flexibility (occasional work in the evening or on weekends during events).
