What you do ##

• Management and supervision of the accounting for several subsidiaries of the group
• Creation of certain accounts receivable invoices and monitoring of open items
• Supervision and control of accounts payable
• Account reconciliations and account control
• Participation in the financial statements
• Preparation of closing entries and the required documents
• Active participation in the consolidation process of the group financial statements
• Preparation, examination, and reconciliation of the data required for consolidation
• Reconciliation and monitoring of intercompany balances
• Application of the accounting systems Abacus and SAP
• Cooperation with various internal contact persons and the finance department

What distinguishes you ##

• Training in the field of accounting/finance or equivalent training
• Demonstrable experience in accounting, ideally in a group-wide environment
• Experience with financial statements
• Experience with the consolidation of group financial statements is an advantage
• Good understanding of consolidation processes and intercompany transactions
• Good knowledge of Abacus and/or SAP as well as Excel
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Native German or French, with good knowledge of the respective other language.
