Your challenge
Organization, coordination and preparation of consultations for the two departments of Anesthesia and Internal Medicine
Welcoming our patients at the reception
Contact person for patients as well as attentive and courteous handling of their concerns
Ordering of missing documents for the patients to be summoned
Recording of preoperative information such as reports, admission medication and secondary diagnoses into the clinical information system
Performance recording
Arranging and coordinating GP, anesthesia and nursing consultation appointments before planned surgery
Performing blood sampling (occupational medical clarifications); ECG and vaccinations; corresponding training or professional experience is mandatory
You ensure that all necessary clarifications are completed and documented upon the admission of patients and make an active contribution to high patient safety.

Very good and stylistically confident German skills as well as good oral English skills, knowledge of French or Italian desirable
