Job description
At Kita SMS, kibe plus offers 30 childcare places in two mixed-age groups. As a supplement to our team, we are looking for a motivated specialist as of 01. September 2026 or by arrangement. Working days: Monday to Thursday A professional, cheerful, young and dynamic team awaits you. We attach great importance to child-friendly daily routines with activities, free play and spending a lot of time outside in nature. A loving and empathetic approach to the children is very important to us. Within the team, we also attach great importance to transparency and openness. What you bring

completed vocational training as Childcare Specialist EFZ or equivalent training
professional experience and vocational trainer course desired
initiative and independent way of working
flexibility, resilience as well as a high sense of responsibility
Your tasks

Individual care, support and guidance of the children in everyday life
Constructive cooperation with the team
Co-designing the daily and weekly planning
Our benefits

The exercise of additional functions such as vocational trainer or Deputy Operations Manager is compensated by additional function allowances
