To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, independent, and responsible personality. In this versatile position, you will manage our secretariat independently or together in a small team and support the management in administrative, personnel, and accounting matters. You will be a central point of contact in the company and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.

Your tasks

• Independent organization and management of the secretariat – alone or in a small team – as well as administrative support for the management
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as cooperation in financial and payroll accounting and personnel administration
• Quotation management, correspondence, and organization of administrative processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and many years of professional experience, ideally in the construction industry
• Sound accounting knowledge, proficient use of MS Office and accounting software
• Independent, reliable, and discreet personality with organizational talent, team spirit, and flexibility
• Stylistically confident German as well as enjoyment and experience in supporting apprentices
