HR Generalist m/f (60 - 80%)

In this versatile function, you are responsible for the entire HR life cycle and drive the HR area forward.

This is where your full potential comes into play

• Administration during the entire HR life cycle for employees at several locations in German-speaking Switzerland
• Advising and supporting the line in all personnel-related matters
• Design and implementation of the recruitment process in cooperation with the line managers
• Processing of labor law cases
• Preparation and pre-entry of payroll runs, interface to payroll accounting
• Responsibility for all social and personal insurances
• Budget control and group reporting in the HR area
• Co-designing and driving HR through digitalization and processes

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial vocational training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a commercial enterprise
• HR further training with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and the social insurance system
• Confident German in spoken and written form, French language skills are an advantage
• Strong digital affinity
• A hands-on mentality, precise way of working, and trustworthiness round off your profile
