Shopping together, trying out a new recipe, making own decisions and shaping free time according to own wishes: What this everyday life looks like is determined by the people who live here. Would you like to accompany them?

In two nearby apartments in the Schaffhauser Geissberg-Quartier, two or seven adults with a disability live. Here, every person has their own wishes, habits and ideas about living together. As part of our six-person team, you accompany them in their home - personally, attentively and with trust in their abilities.

Here you can make a difference

You recognize when support is helpful and when space is needed to do something oneself. You encourage, listen and develop solutions together with the residents that fit their lives.

• You accompany in everyday life, in the household and in leisure activities.
• You support the residents in making their own decisions and participating in social life.
• You take over the limited nursing activities that arise in everyday life.
• You contribute your observations and ideas to the team and work together with relatives and external specialist agencies.

Our professional basis is the concept of functional health. In everyday life, this means: We start with the abilities and interests of the people and support them in actively shaping their lives.
