We are looking for, starting now or by agreement, a
Night watch 40-50% (FaGe or FaBe)

Your tasks

• Accompanying and supporting residents during the night
• Implementation of care and support activities according to individual support needs
• Guarantee of safety and availability in the living house
• Assistance with transfers, positioning, and nocturnal interventions
• Observation of health status and implementation of appropriate measures in case of changes
• Documentation of relevant events and transmission of information to the day team
• Collaboration with internal and external specialized services in emergency situations
• Working according to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD)
