In this varied key role between QM, product development and digitalization, you ensure that our master data is complete, correct and available at all times. You also ensure that all relevant product, raw material, packaging and business partner data meet internal and external requirements. With your work, you create the basis for efficient processes, legally compliant product labeling, successful cooperation with customers as well as high data quality in our ERP and specification systems.

Employee Data Quality & Master Data Management 60 - 80 %

Your tasks:

Creation, maintenance and updating of: article master data, raw material master data, packaging master data, recipe and bill of materials data, customer and supplier master data
Ensuring data quality in the ERP system
Maintenance of product management data
Support of customer portals and data exchange platforms (Atrify)
Maintenance of quality and compliance data (ingredient lists, nutritional information, origin information), in digitalization and ERP projects
Support during IFS, customer and authority audits
Ensuring and complying with Swiss food law, LMIV, IFS Food, labeling requirements
Training of employees regarding data quality and maintenance

To be successful in this position, you bring the following:

• Commercial training, food technology HF or Bachelor, business informatics
• Further education and/or experience in master data management, quality management, product management preferably in the food industry
• Proficient Excel user skills as well as knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central)
• Knowledge of food labeling
• Languages: German and English (further languages an advantage)
