Clerk Export & Order Processing 60-80% (m/f/d)

Introduction

For an internationally active company, we are looking for a reliable and motivated personality to support the export and administration area. The position is suitable for both experienced commercial specialists and applicants who have already gained initial contact with export topics and wish to further expand their knowledge.

This is a fixed-term employment with a duration of approximately one year.

Tasks

• Creation and control of export and shipping documents
• Support in international order processing
• Coordination of transports and schedule monitoring
• Cooperation with forwarding partners as well as customs offices
• Review of export-relevant specifications and documentation
• Processing of proofs of origin, commercial invoices, and delivery notes
• Maintenance of master data as well as administrative support in daily business
• Creation of evaluations and reports
• Participation in the optimization of existing processes
• Ensuring seamless documentation of processes

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Initial contact with export topics is an advantage
• Apprentices who have gained insights into export processing are also welcome
• Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Interest in international trade and delivery processes
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
