Job description
Kita Glitzerfisch Weinfelden location. Shaping the daycare everyday life together with heart, competence, and flexibility. Do you accompany children with joy, patience, and appreciation? For our Kita Glitzerfisch in Weinfelden, we are looking for a reliable and committed pedagogical specialist with completed training as a Fachfrau oder Fachmann Betreuung Kinder EFZ. You are a permanent part of our team and help shape a loving, safe, and varied care everyday life. Your regular workload is 50%. In the event of sickness-related absences or holiday cover, you have the willingness and time availability to temporarily increase your workload to up to 100%. Your tasks

Accompany and promote children: You care for the children in the daycare and after-school care everyday life and respond attentively to their individual needs and developmental stages.
Help shape the pedagogical everyday life: You plan and accompany free play, activities, excursions, meals, and rest phases and reliably implement our pedagogical concept as well as the daily and weekly plan.
Take on responsibility: You maintain an overview, adhere to our quality, hygiene, and safety standards, and ensure reliable processes.
Work together professionally: You maintain an appreciative exchange with parents, employees, and management. You document important information carefully and pass it on in a timely manner.
Help out in everyday life: You also take on practical and domestic tasks and contribute to well-kept, inviting rooms.
Take on accompaniment and driving services: If required, you safely accompany or drive children to the designated handover locations and back.
What you must bring: The following requirements must be met for this position:

Completed training as Fachfrau oder Fachmann Betreuung Kinder EFZ.
Availability for a regular workload of 50% as well as for a temporary increase to up to 100% for sickness and holiday cover.
Valid driver's license of category B and willingness to take on driving services.
Flexible working hours, including different shifts within our care hours, short-term cover if required, or Saturday shifts.
Additionally, we require experience in childcare, good German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as an impeccable criminal record and special private certificate. Your personality: You are warm, attentive, and responsible. You encounter children as independent personalities whom you accompany lovingly and with a focus on development. You work independently, think ahead, and adhere to agreements bindingly. Even in lively or demanding situations, you remain calm, set priorities, and act deliberately. You communicate openly and professionally, accept feedback constructively, and contribute to reliable cooperation. You identify with our pedagogical concept and our quality standards.
