Your tasks

• Advising and supporting employees of various professional groups in service recording
• Daily control of recorded services for completeness and tariff conformity
• Independent performance of service and process analyses
• Collaboration in the further development of service controlling
• Invoicing of services according to legal and contractual requirements
• Processing and coordination of rejection management
• Insight into diverse topics of revenue management
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments and interface partners

Your profile

• Completed commercial or medical basic training (e.g., insurance specialist or MPA)
• Professional experience in the healthcare or insurance sector
• Good administrative knowledge
• Sound tariff knowledge in the area of outpatient medical tariffs and other outpatient tariffs
• Independent, motivated and team-oriented personality
• Networked way of thinking as well as innovative and proactive way of working
• SAP and/or IBICare knowledge is an advantage
• Structured and reliable way of working
