Tasks ##

• Physiotherapy on-site for our driving service employees, BGM bi de Lüt, Yoga Nidra for employees - all these are examples from our innovative BGM portfolio
• in your new role, you will further design, implement, and develop integrated health management based on our corporate and HR strategy
• regarding the recertification of the "Friendly Work Space" label, you are co-responsible for the prior evaluation and success control of the BGM activities - you are responsible for conducting and evaluating the internal culture and health survey
• you take responsibility for steering the internal BGM specialist group and lead the annual internal campaigns
• you take on technical leadership responsibility for our intern, as well as in external studies in cooperation with universities
• additionally, you participate in cooperations with city-wide and external bodies in the health sector
• you work with us in a flexitime model in the Zentralwerkstatt building in Zürich-Altstetten, with the possibility of home office according to regulations
• the 5-member team looks forward to your support and motivation

Profile ##

• for this function, we are looking for a sociable, committed, and service-oriented person who has very good comprehension skills
• completed Master's degree in psychology or business administration
• you have a connection to occupational health management, e.g., in the form of further training - you are familiar with BGM instruments and theories
• you have several years of professional experience in a similar function
• additionally, you can work well independently and autonomously in a complex environment
• you bring project experience and have already led and technically managed meetings
• you know how to create and evaluate surveys
• your German is at native speaker level

In such cases, starting salaries slightly below or above this range are possible.
