Polymechanic / Production Mechanic

Altrajob accompanies its client, a Swiss company specializing in the manufacture of precision components and micromechanical solutions intended for various industrial sectors. In order to strengthen its Production department, we are looking for a:

Production Mechanic M/F

Temporary mission of 12 months, 100%
2x8 schedule

>>> Missions :

• Read and interpret plans and technical files
• Prepare and set up machines under the validation of the Team Leader
• Launch series and control the conformity of produced parts
• Perform self-control during production
• Identify and report technical deviations or incidents
• Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment
• Participate in the optimization of settings and machining times
• Respect quality, cleanliness, and tidiness standards (5S)

>>> Profile sought :

• CFC in production mechanics or equivalent technical training
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in CNC turning
• Mastery of BIGLIA machines, indispensable
• Good ability to read and interpret technical plans
• Autonomous, conscientious, and rigorous
• Flexible, versatile, and resistant to stress
• Good team spirit and good communication
