About the role ##

Integrated within the Customer Relations department, you will collaborate in pairs to ensure the reliability of customer data. You will perform precise actions in coordination with technical teams and prepare the files necessary for the smooth running of the data migration.

Tasks ##

Entry, quality control and preparation of customer data files to support an IT migration project.

• Ensure the consistency and quality of customer data
• Actively participate in data migration in the dedicated systems
• Collaborate daily with technicians and IT engineers
• Prepare and structure data files for the following weeks
• Perform rigorous follow-up and updating of information

What we are looking for ##

• Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
• Available immediately (02.11.2026)
• Available 3 days per week: between Monday and Thursday
• Fluent French
