Do you want to contribute your legal know-how in a versatile environment? For our Legal department, we are looking for an experienced female lawyer or an experienced male lawyer for a temporary period of 8 to 11 months as part of a maternity cover.

This is how you shape health with ###

• Legal advice and support for the management, specialist and line managers, and project managers in all legal areas of a company, with a focus on contract and labor law
• Examination, drafting and negotiation of contracts
• Legal support for projects
• Conducting training and workshops on legal topics
• Instruction and coordination of external law firms, especially in legal disputes and proceedings
• Further tasks according to the instructions of supervisors

This distinguishes you ###

• Completed Master's degree in law from a Swiss university as well as a Swiss attorney patent
• Professional experience from the legal profession or as an in-house counsel
• Affinity for business contexts and strategic thinking
• Solution-oriented personality with initiative and consulting skills
• Excellent German skills, French or Italian are a plus
