Employee Event Sales Equestrian Sports (Tournaments & Fairs, 60%)

You know the horse world inside out, like being in the middle of the action, and are looking for a varied task with responsibility?

For our sales appearances at equestrian tournaments and fairs, we are looking for a reliable personality who rolls up their sleeves and understands the language of riders.

• Sales & Consulting: You advise customers directly at our sales stand/mobile in a sympathetic, competent, and eye-level manner.
• On the road with car & trailer: You drive the combination independently to the tournament grounds, set up the stand, present the assortment attractively, and pack up again after the event.
• On-site organization: You maintain an overview of the stand, cash register, and stock during assignments.
• Real horse experience: You are yourself active (or were active) in equestrian sports or bring sound specialist knowledge. You know exactly what riders and horses need in practice.
• Reliable availability on weekends: Tournaments predominantly take place from Friday to Sunday. Weekend work is not a hindrance for you, but fits well into your life.
• Flexibility for the season (annual working hours): The position is based on an annual working hours model. During the tournament season (spring to autumn) you are intensively in use, in return you have significantly more free time in the quieter winter months.
• Driving experience with trailer: You mandatory possess the driving license category BE and feel absolutely safe at the wheel with a towing vehicle and trailer.
• Physical fitness & weather resistance: You do not shy away from physical effort during assembly/disassembly and maintain a good mood even in wind and weather.
• Working in a familiar environment: Pure equestrian sports, close to the horses and in the middle of the tournament action.
