At Hand in Hand - Pflege & Betreuung, you support facilities exactly where your experience is needed. Our assignments take place in German-speaking Switzerland, particularly in the cantons of Thurgau, St. Gallen, Zürich, Bern, Solothurn, Aargau and Schaffhausen.

We are currently looking primarily for experienced Healthcare Specialists EFZ as well as Registered Nurses HF/FH - especially for assignments in long-term care, geriatrics, dementia care and psychiatry, as well as in facilities for people with disabilities.

If you enjoy working independently, value variety and can quickly adapt to new teams and situations, our relief team could be a good fit for you.

With us, you actively shape your assignments. You tell us when and how much you want to work and which areas are suitable for you. Together we will see which assignments fit your training, your professional experience and your personal possibilities.

The more flexible you are regarding location, specialty and shift times, the greater is generally the selection of suitable assignments. We of course take your individual wishes into account - however, these can accordingly limit the available assignment possibilities.

Depending on qualification and professional experience, assignments in the following areas are also possible:

• Assisted living and socio-pedagogical forms of living
• Hospitals and rehabilitation clinics
• Spitex and outpatient services
• Child, youth and family services
• Workshops, daycare centers and special education schools

Even when it gets more demanding

We are regularly requested when facilities need short-term support with crisis interventions, challenging care situations or intensive 1:1 support.

For such assignments, we are looking for professionals who remain calm even in complex situations, take responsibility and act professionally. Every assignment is discussed with you in advance and must fit your qualification and professional experience.

Assignments in other regions

Since we are increasingly receiving inquiries from other cantons, we welcome professionals who can imagine working temporarily in another region for continuous assignment blocks.

Together with the respective facilities, we plan several shifts logically one after another. If an overnight stay is necessary for this, we will cover the accommodation during the entire period of the assignment.

This readiness is welcome, but not a requirement.

You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Registered Nurse HF/FH and bring practical professional experience.

• maintain calm even in demanding situations
• enjoy a varied professional everyday life

For foreign professional qualifications, we require the necessary recognition in Switzerland.

We exclusively consider applications from persons who have completed their training, are already working in Switzerland and have their residence in Switzerland.

A driver's license and your own car are an advantage.
