When and Where? Starting immediately in Gümligen (Bern) or Horgen, Switzerland
Duration? for at least 12 months
Weekly hours: 16-20 hours/week (40-50%)
Salary: in Bachelor from 20,75 CHF/hour, in Master from 25,23 CHF/hour

What is important to us: You are an enrolled student in the degree programs of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or similar and communicate fluently in German and very well in English. You are well-acquainted with Microsoft Excel and ideally already have initial experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, SAP or the programming language . A strong interest in data analysis and business processes is essential and a basic understanding of data management and CRM systems is an advantage.
Your IMPACT:
Maintain and verify the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system, including customer segmentation, customer types, potentials and contact data
Carry out well-founded market analyses on relevant market indicators and support in the identification of growth segments as well as the analysis of companies
Proactively identify process improvements and implement automation solutions to reduce manual activities and improve data quality
Support the conception, creation and continuous maintenance of dashboards and reports for performance monitoring and generation of business insights
Train and support the sales team on best practices for data entry and maintenance to ensure high data quality standards
Transfer your academic know-how to real challenges and actively shape our processes
